Here's a very recent report from one of our partners in India...
In Central Asia... 228 addition people have been baptized and 9
additional churches have been established since we last reported two weeks
ago. This brings the total up to 843 baptisms and 140 churches planted so
far this year in the two countries in Central Asia where Big Life works.
In Bihar, India... 286 churches have been planted since July which
represents an additional 6,063 people who have placed their faith in Jesus
Christ.
In Orissa, India... 34 churches have been planted since July which
represents an additional 600 people who are now followers of Jesus
Christ. This is the state where 3 years ago dozens of Christians were
brutally killed for their faith in Christ and tens of thousands were forced
from their homes.
In Andhra Pradesh, India... 25 churches have been planted since
August representing 774 new brothers and sisters in Christ.
Keep in mind that the 4 areas reported above only represent a small
fraction of this partners work in India and Southeast Asia.
